2) As of now, we only support first name variable. But we're working on an update that allows you to add multiple variables.

4) Leads respond to you where you send them the video message (email, sms, linkedin)

5) We are your considering being the "sender", we're only focused on video generation, but you can easily integrate Potion videos into your favorite outreach tool. :)

The system can generate tens of thousands of videos per month per user, it's just that it takes 24-48 hours to process each batch of your videos.

If you're working with Instantly, the flow is that you generate your videos first in Potion, then paste the code snippet into Instantly and send out your campaign. :)

We're expecting to release the update in two phases. First phase will shorten the processing time to a 1-2 hours (mid-March release) and in second phase will shorten the processing time to less than 15-minutes for ALL of your videos (mid-April release).

Yes! You can definitely download the CSV with links to all the videos. For Instantly.ai, you don't even need to download the CSV, you can simply copy-paste the video code snippet directly into your Instantly.ai email sequence. :)

2. Yes! You can certainly remove the calendar from the video landing page, that toggle is disabled by default. :)

3. Yes! You can download all the generated videos and Gifs in a CSV after they are generated.

So you can create your videos in Potion and use the video snippets inside any email templates. That way you can keep rotating emails in your email sender while using the same email address to create your videos in Potion.

For now we've kept screenshotting on our end in an automated way because it won't be possible for people to create hundreds of background videos one-by-one. I understand that your use case if different - if I understand you correctly, you'd want to create one screen recording and then just personalize the greetings while keeping the background screen recording same for all recipients?

We will have support for this use case in the near future - turning a screen & face recording into a Dynamic Screen Recording video. But there are a few security concerns we need to address before we release this in the wild. We do want to make sure that people with bad intent don't misuse the AI video generation to create malicious videos. So, we do want to build safeguards around "facial verification" before releasing this update. Sorry for the verbose explanation, but I hope it gives you an idea about how we are approaching this. :)

When you create a personalized video, all you have to do is copy the video snippet from Potion and paste it in your email sender tool. Your email sender tool will send out the video along with your email outreach.

You do a different personalized link per person, but you don't have to paste each link one by one, Potion creates video snippets for most of the popular email outreach tools like Hubspot, Salesloft. :)

2. When you customize your Theme to your branding, it will remove Potion branding from the video landing pages.

3. The logo sizing needs to be horizontal with an ideal ratio of 4:1. Once you add a horizontal logo, it will render much bigger.

4. I understand that 250 and 1000 might feel less, but we are actually very competitively priced. The main costing consideration is that the AI uses GPU servers to create videos and they are pretty expensive. :)

Profile pictures are tied to the email you registered with. So you can change them there. For example if you registered with a Gmail account it would pull your profile picture from there. If desired you can email us and we can work to custom edit.

Custom Domain is typically tied to a work related email, but if you used a personal email this feature may be turned off. You can email us with the desired domain an we will work with you to complete this.

The tricky part is matching your frontcam video length and the uploaded background video length, but we'll find some elegant UX solutions for that.

Social media profiles unfortunately don't work, especially linkedin, since you need to be signed in to access someone's linkedin profile.

About multiple pronunciations of the same word - Yes! This is definitely possible, but that feature extension will not be a part of the first version of German and French support. For that we'll have to build ways to smartly detect what language you're speaking in the rest of the video and select the appropriate pronunciation of the name - which will take time to build. :)

Yes! Vbout works with Potion as-is. We are creating tutorials for all the tools pretty soon for easy implementation. :)

Unfortunately you can't change the email address since it is tied to your AppSumo account.

Unfortunately we can't change the email address you registered with, since your Potion email is tied to AppSumo billing email.

We can however, update the username on your Potion account and your video, so your audience won't know which email account you are using on Potion.

We're planning on expanding to other languages around April timeframe. :)

Currently not yet but we plan to roll out additional languages such as Spanish in March/April.

I'm not sure which tool has a free or freemium option, but Potion supports majority of the top email senders - Hubspot, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach etc

The upcoming team (Workspaces) feature will allow you to add 2 workspaces for Tier1 plan and 4 workspaces for Tier2 plan. The video generation limit will still be the same for each account, regardless of how many workspace you have in the account.

Yes! You can definitely send the same video to many email addresses and you will not be charged for that. The only time a credit is used is when you use create an AI-generated video, not when you send that video link to someone.

If you need to remove/add a person we are flexible with accounts. Ideally you would want a different account to ensure consistency with the AI voice generation between the two different and unique voice tones.

No, not really. There are a lot of really good email sending platforms out there and we do want to keep building and improving on our video and audio AI products. :)

Hey! Great questions!

You have to record the name greetings initially, but you don't have to re-record them again for future videos. The greetings get saved in your account. In a couple of weeks after signing up, you'll also unlock the Voice AI feature. After which you have the option to record manually, or generate greeting with Potion Voice AI.

Regardless of how you generate the video (with voice AI or manual recording) it consumes 1 credit. Even if it is pre-recorded. Reason being the video generation is where the main cost of operations for us. :)

Great question. Training the AI takes time and the AI does focus to adjust the settings for consistency. As a best practice we recommend recording in the same place with the same acoustics, lighting and quiet sound for a consistent experience. Essentially the more names you record and then leverage the AI it will be trained to sound as close to the video as possible.

3. Yes! Potion can be used with GMail Mail Merge to send custom videos at once. The only thing I'm not sure about is if the Gsheet allows you to change the video preview Gif automatically.

Great question, you can record in Spanish however the subtitles and AI are primarily focuses on English. We plan to roll out additional languages like Spanish near April.

You can also add CTAs, calendars, or any other responsive widgets on your video page. But the most interesting thing is that you can use Potion AI to create personalized videos for your audience with accurate lip-sync. :)

We are also building more editing options that would allow you to change the sizing and position of the widget box.

1) It is not possible to upload your own subtitles file, but you can certainly update the generated subtitles in the subtitle text editor that comes with the product.

2) We don't have the notifications feature yet, but it is in the works to be released in February.

3) It is important to give the email address of the recipient to uniquely differentiate between recipients. It is it used solely to differentiate between creating separate videos for two "Janes" at two different companies that need different background screencaptures. We are also releasing a feature next week that allows you to use social media handles as unique identifiers along with emails.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the aspect ratio as of now. The product is built to be used only on horizontal screens as of now.

Actually Tier1 and Tier2 have the exact same features, the only think different is the number of videos you can create per month. What features would you like to see for your plan? We're happy to send over the tutorial links to get you going with those features. :)

It's okay if you don't have all emails of the contacts, you can always use the first name token to personalize.

Unfortunately we don't allow credit stacking for AppSumo deals, so it won't be possible to more video generation credits if bought 2 gigs. :(
